Whither the Kindred? WW1 Halflings
« on: 02 May 2017, 06:04:53 AM »
Hasslefree used to make WW1 Halflings. Either I can't find them or they have moved on. Macrocosm seem have them as part of a KS promotion. Do they have a regular home?

All the WW1 fantasy ranges including the Kindred, Russian Dwarves, German Goblins and French halflings are now owned by Macrocosm.

Having purchased all of the different groups I can say they are all really nice figures.

Thanks. I saw them at Macrocosm on a KS backer add-on page. It wasn't clear if they were part of their regular line and how to order them outside the KS. I'll contact Macrocosm.

I suppose it is more efficient to have them all under one roof.  Makes ordering armies and their opponents easier.  I have a very few of the WW 1 German goblins (stahl helms) and French halflings.  Not sure what I'll do with them (mix them in with my conventional forces for Weird War contingents ?), but they were such nice sculpts I didn't want to pass them up.  (To my mind, dwarves would have been appropriate for a German army too - some other manufacturers have made German dwarves in either WW 1 and WW 2).
