Citadel AD&D range Mind Flayers.

I'm a big fan, and keen collector, of the Citadel range of Official AD&D miniatures produced for a short time in the mid-1980s.  

I had started these ADD79 Mind Flayers around 15 years ago, finishing 3 of them, but the rest gathered dust in a cabinet, part-painted and neglected, for many years.

Earlier this week I decided to get them finished, so here they are, 3 sets of the 3 miniatures, all the different variants produced.

Nobody expects the mind-flaying inquisition! Our chief weapon is surprise. Surprise and fear. Our two main weapons are surprise and fear. And long purple tentacles.
