Yes, several times. I'm not sure the participant fully understood the concept of the league when he entered.
There again, under the rules, it's perfectly acceptable for teams to be run on from round to round. Sometimes things happen in real life which prevent people painting new teams week after week. But yes, I cannot deny that it can get a wee bit boring seeing the same entry week after week

A few leagues ago I suggested rotating or randomising between previous entries if the participant doesn't express any preference for a specific entry. I still suggest it.

Yes, I think a review of the rules on this are probably in order. I have already mentioned it to the LPL admin team
