Are these going to be 28mm? And are the Spinespur minis 28mm or larger?

The spiders are being made so the scale will fit into many different scales. Theres nothing on the Chasis that will force it into a particular scale. The guy making the Prototype (John Ross) was kind enough to throw in an extra cockpit for the back that will make the model 6mm scale, but otherwise it's planned for a Supers game that is in 28mm heroic scale. Spinespur is also in the same 28mm heroic scale. :D

Great looking models, Cranky! Best of luck! When they're available, I'll be lining up to get them!

I should have the Prototypes in next week. Then they are off to production and hopefully back VERY soon after that! With a little luck, I'd like to have them available by mid-April.

I'm kicking around a few ideas for a second mech. They will all share weapons as I'm having the weapon plugs made the same size for all models.

The question is, what next? A Mecha Scorpion, Mecha Rhino-Beetle or a Mecha Gorilla?

Should go well with the Ape-X from Reaper Chronopia (which I already own  ;D )

Will the mecha-spoders come in that many pieces?  Seems like they might be hard to keep together.

Plan is a 1 piece spider chasis with a single weapon you can plug into the weapon slot. You choose the weapon. It's looking like a 2 piece model if the production guys can mold it right and they believe they can.
