What glue do you guys use to attach miniatures to a clear plexi (pmma) base?

I use superglue, but I also pin at least one foot

Doesn't that leave a white haze on the plexi?

I also use superglue. Though, you have to be very careful with the glue so that it doesn't spread beyond the feet. I previously used fairly thick bases (2mm) and pinned one or both feet, but now decided for very thin bases (0.5mm) and have stopped pinning. It seems to hold quite OK just with the glue, see picture below for an example:

As all plastics and superglues are not made equal I never risk the fogging issue and use a very small amount of fast set two part epoxy. I also imagine superglue, especially in small areas, would be quite brittle?
