War of the Spanish Succession Game planning

I have a large game being planned for the weekend at an event attended by the lucky members of the "A Military Gentleman" forum (along with selected other notable wargamers).  As an invite only event it does tend to place a little more pressure on you to get your game right.  So on Monday I had a run through for the last time but not with all the scenery and figures that will actually be used - don't want to give too much away to those taking part beforehand.
