The voodoo queen and worshippers of the congregation.



Inspired by Dracula's America I finally decided how to paint these Darkest Africa figures I've had for ages. Real Voudon practicers would probably have dresses with their shoulders covered, but I think they still look realistic enough.

Not necessarily. Voudou, like Santeria, is a close cousin of Candomblé and those channelling the orixás may well have bare shoulders but then they would likely be costumed as such.

Those Copplestone African princesses are PRICELESS!!! 

And I liked very much the idea of using a Darkest Africa Victorian Lady as the Queen, GREAT JOB!!! 

West Wind also have very nice figures in their Gothic Horror - Zombies line to add to your Queen's group of followers, check them out!

These will probably just be non combatant bystanders, unless there will be rules for chanting worshippers!
