Where to Buy VSF Miniatures in 2017?

Having a look through the thread from 2008, I can't help but see that a lot of VSF businesses have closed down or their ranges have changed hands once or even twice.

So, for an updated look at it, where would you all recommend buying VSF stuff in 2017?

A revamp seems in order, but why not start with a post on the original thread that has a large list of ones that remain, and Malamute could add a note with the page to the thread topic?
