New Individual Vineyard Rows from Take Cover Scenics
« on: August 07, 2017, 06:25:16 PM »
Hi folks,

one of the product lines I get regular orders for is vineyards, which can range from 6" square right up to 12" square. One of my customers recently suggested that I should make rows of vines available in individual strips. This would allow them to either be laid end to end to form a longer row, or side to side to form a vineyard of varying depth, depending on the number of rows.

I thought this was a great idea, so I've just built the first 2 prototypes. They're both 6" long and 2" wide (15cm x 5cm), they're both made for 28mm scale, but can just as easily be used for 20mm. One is based for North West Europe, for that French or German vineyard look. The other is based for warmer, more arid, climates around the Mediterranean - great for Italy and Crete!

They're hand crafted with the same quality, care, materials and attention to detail as the larger vineyards - they're just made in individual strips! I've added a couple of photos of each style, together with some 28mm WW2 Germans and some 28mm Romans to give you an idea of the scale. Only £5.99 each, plus postage/shipping.

Thanks for looking, John from Take Cover Scenics.

And yes, I realise that the Romans have nothing to do with WW2!
