Trying to contact Redoubt Enterprises

The last few months I tried to order some miniatures from Redoubt. When checking out I can't seem to log in and I even tried to register with a different emailaddress which also failed. After that I tried to contact them via the website contactform but after clicking "sent" I get "an error occured" message.
Even when I sent them an email from my own emailaddress to their emailaddres I used in the past (and got an answer from): no answer .

Did they changed their emailaddress? (I used enquiries@redoubtenterprises.com)

Is there a possibility to contact them?

I'm not worried if they are still around; just want to order some miniatures. On their website I read they will be at Crisis in november (as every year), maybe the internet isn't their thing and I have to wait untill november to see them.
