This was made for my Pulp City by Grimm, a very talented Laed Adventurer! I needed somrthing to show the Chinese quarter and Grimm cam to the rescue!

Arthur Daley was a character in Minder, who bought and sold stuff, often of dodgy provenance and stayed one step ahead of the law and the creditors, hence he needed a minder.
