Lessie's Moor, 1643: AAR with "For King and Parliament"
« on: October 19, 2017, 01:26:49 AM »
Barry, John, and I fought this battle to test out the near final version of these English Civil War rules by Simon Miller and Andre Brenthall, based upon "to the Strongest!" Both the scenario and the battle report are both very firmly tongue in cheek!

The Scenario:

Act 1:

Act 2:

Act 3:

I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Peter

Good write-up.  The figures are predominantly 25mm Minifigs, if I'm not mistaken.  ECW/TYW was one of the best ranges they ever did in that size.
No plan survives first contact with the dice.

Thanks, and you're correct, primarily Late 1970's Minifigs! It was indeed one of their best ranges.
