Well another handful done, I've messed up the raindrops on the smocks and will have to revisit them but I need them for this weekend so on to the table they go .

Lovely painting 
I don't like the way you keep painting the same figures as me and keep showing me up
I am cheating this time by doing early war, no camouflage smocks
One question why desert colours on some of them?

Cheers Colin, early war is definitley the way to go coz camouflage is a pain . My thinking behind having a mixture of equipment was that some of the troops might be veterans from the Italian campaign holding on to bits of older equipment to show off their veteran status. I figured it happens in today's modern army so why not back then
