I doubt if anyone does yet... but all you need is to cut the beak of a 28mm scaled penguin and paint on a mouth and you are good to go...

They look more like puffins, with ears.

Maybe the sculptor responsible for these could do them.

One will come along eventually I imagine.

Though if you want to DYI them its either a case of just straight greenstuff, or find something resembling a puffin. For the film they just did some CGI on top of real puffins anyway (which well if you didn't know, was because the native puffins kept messing with their shots).

I, like Inso allready said, would go for penguins as well

The reason I mentioned penguins, was because there are miniatures available already... and it would be very simple to convert them. I haven'y seen puffins being produced.

That said... how hard can it be to sculpt a few little Porgs?
