What in heaven's name is a Porg?
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Really?

Here's one piloting the Millennium Falcon... ("Fly Casual!")  ;)

I doubt if anyone does yet... but all you need is to cut the beak of a 28mm scaled penguin and paint on a mouth and you are good to go...

They look more like puffins, with ears.

Maybe the sculptor responsible for these could do them.

One will come along eventually I imagine.

Though if you want to DYI them its either a case of just straight greenstuff, or find something resembling a puffin. For the film they just did some CGI on top of real puffins anyway (which well if you didn't know, was because the native puffins kept messing with their shots). :)

I, like Inso allready said, would go for penguins as well ;)
Not sure if there are any puffins in 28mm scale out there.

They look more like puffins, with ears.

With "ears" you mean their wings?

Thank you very much for the insights, gentlemen!

I guess I would eventually greenstuff my own PORGs. All 464 of them!  :D

DONE!

They breed fast, so in a couple of months you'll have enough of them to fill a small island!  :D

The reason I mentioned penguins, was because there are miniatures available already... and it would be very simple to convert them. I haven'y seen puffins being produced.

That said... how hard can it be to sculpt a few little Porgs? :)

It is interesting how you remember things, I remember them having both ears and wings.
