They look like his sculpts. Mark Copplestone has sculpted most of the figures for the Dracula's America range.

I've got this supplement coming - I already have most of the Tong (from IHMN) and have added the unpainted railway workers. Also gone for the Foresaken, using various 7th Cavalry from Artisan (mostly the ones pictured in the posse) I found I already had big wolves from Reaper.
