Eureka 15mm ranges 15mm or 18mm?
« on: 12 January 2018, 10:58:39 PM »
Specifically the "15mm" Hawaiian and Mound Builder Indian ranges.
Anyone know if they are "true 15mm" Peter Pig/Essex size or larger 18mm Minifig/Lancashire size?

I have Eureka's Hawaiians and Mound Builders, and comparing them to some Essex Medieval miniatures I have they're about the some size, maybe a millimetre taller (the handgunners are shorter than the bowmen).

I couldn't find a size comparison of the ranges you are interested in, but I did find this good shot of Eureka's Modern figures next to Peter Pigs Modern range.

It might be worth sending Nic an email and asking him if the Hawaiians and Mound Builders are the same size as his Modern ranges perhaps? Both ranges
were sculpted by Alan Marsh however, so it's a fair chance they are the same size.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies.
Seems the figures are closer to the 15mm end of the scale than the 18mm, apparently a very good match to Essex according to a response elsewhere.
