According to a MySpace Doctor Who fansite, Episode 4 of the next season of Doctor who is called 'Daleks in Manhattan'

Ep 4: 'Daleks in Manhattan' (2007) the Daleks are hidden beneath the streets of 1930's New York led by Dalek Sec. (Part 1 of 2)

Ep 5: Daleks invade New York City to recruit a bigger army from the Great Depression.

Daleks vs. the NYC cops. Throw in that costumed vigilante The Gargoyle, maybe Professor Kroon trying to get a sample of the Dalek technology and of course Bridget trying to get pictures of all of it. ::
