Those aliens are excellent Paul, I love the saucer.  8)

Well, I finished my VSF Stargate project (for now):

Rest of it's on this thread:

Although I did finish a couple of terrain bits for my ongoing Chinese skirmish game as well:

Temple dogs by Old Crow/Ainsty, bridge is a repainted aquarium decoration that cost about £3.

Yeah, he's from one of their Hero packs.

Unfortunately not available as a single just yet.

He is a lovely figure, but the folds in his robes nearly drove me spare...

Who's the guy with the glasses??

Do you mean the character or the model? He's my take on Daniel Jackson, and is converted from an old Ral Partha figure, glasses are my own work.

The model - I could see the resemblance to Jackson. OK, thanks - I had a feeling, I'd never seen that before  ;)

Only some things I managed to take pictures of - somehow, a troublesome month...

1) Two characters for our ongoing French & Indian Wars campaigns (This Very Ground, Among the Warparties), both Conquest Miniatures:

2) British 6pdr with crew in Southern dress for the AWI (rules still to be tested) by Perry Miniatures:

3) British/Hessian brigadiers for the AWI, Perrys' again (can you figure out what's going on at the second base?):

This is the figures I painted in April

A German HQ…

…Confederate Cavalry…

Both were entries in the LPL (round 1 and 2). I also painted 28 Darkest Africa Askari for a commission (some of them are in the current round 3 of the LPL). A total of 41 figures... not too bad considering I was away from my apartment for two weeks last month.  8)
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/
