Q&A about the website:1) Is it safe?Yes, it is. We have run several online tests with good result. For example: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html… (this may take a while).Also, we have the payment gateway running smoothly, and I can tell you banks are quite picky about the security of the websites they connect to.2) Why can't I connect to the website?To my (limited) understanding the problem is our payment gateway is designed to run on a dedicated server (which would be quite expensive), so our webmaster has needed to make a custom configuration of the security certificate. Some internet providers filter the security of the pages you connect to, they detect we don't have a standard configuration and automatically send you an error.So it's not your device and not your browser, it depends on your internet provider.3) When will I be able to connect to your website?While we have identified the problem, there is no easy solution (by the way if you experienced problems accessing our website yesterday that was our webmaster working overtime trying to fix this). However, in the meantime, I can offer you a workaround. If you happen to use Chrome, you can install "Safer VPN" extension and apparently that does the trick. I cannot test it myself because I don't get an error.So, the website is safe and we are working on it. Sorry for any inconvenience!
