Classic GW Chaos Warriors

Hi again,
a few years ago an old friend came to my place had me help him carry a whole closet of miniatures into my house.

Included were more than 40 classic GW Chaos Warriors from the 1980s and 1990s.

I've begun painting them. They are extremely easy to paint as they tend to be bold but well done sculpts.

Wow! Those are awesome. I love the old Chaos Warriors. As you say: bold & well done. I really enjoy painting them, too!

Great figures! There's something about those old Citadel Chaos miniatures that hasn't really been replicated since.

Yeah, when we were young und bold, too! And music  on the radio wasn't all the same all day long.

I much prefer the old 80's ones to the current ones, that's probably nostalgia though!

Yeah, that snake tongue one is about £10 on ebay at it's cheapest.

Yes I love that snake tongue guy too but I was just wondering, is it a tongue or is it actually its head? I always thought tongue too.

I always pictured it as not a tongue as such but the sucking part of a fly mouth (being a nurgle type).
