Brush-On Flat Coating With Model Master Acryl
« on: May 19, 2009, 03:24:21 PM »
After last week's fiasco with Tamiya Flat Base, I thought it only right to present Kyun's follow-up article, in which he explores the use of Testor's Model Master Acryl, a non-toxic brush-on flat coat that does a fine job of producing a nice shine-free finish without the mess or toxic fumes of a spray can. I'm not sure the technique will make me give up my beloved Dullcote, but it's an interesting read I would recommend to any serious painter.
