LOTOW Tong Help!
« on: May 30, 2009, 10:51:50 PM »
Gents,
Has anyone purchased the Tongs from Obelisk Miniatures?  If so, how do they compare to Old Glory, so far as size?  I'm trying to gather some Tong for a Legends of the Old West posse.

Any input would be appreciated.

In a direct comparison to my Old Glory Western figures, the Obelisk figures are quite compatible miniature height wise but not 'real' height wise, unless you want a Chinatown population of 6-footers!

Could you Post a Pic of both together, please?
I'd very much appreciate a look at them.

Sorry for the delay in responding.  Just coming off one of those 'manăna' weekends! Here's a couple of shots.  Hope they help.  (Please excuse the lousy pics but I've never really 'gotten' photography.  I always have to carry the manual around with me.  Did the same with my SLR - still don't know what I'm doing!)

Thank you.  They say pictures are worth a thousand words...and this certainly proves that old maxim true!

Thank you.

I guess I'll order the Obelisk minis.  They will add nice flavor to my group.

Make sure you post photos when your Tong are finished!
