Bloody Hell, you are indefatigable  lol

How many have you made now? Got to be about 250 figures by now? At least?  :o

Amazing, and daunting, how much miniatures you have (finished) per house!  :o You surely got enough for two complete opposing armies!

Thanks everyone for your comments, always appreciated  :)

Apologies Richard...just remembered you asked me back in January how many figures I was up to... as I’ve had a bit of peace and quiet this afternoon, I thought I’d have a bit of a count up, and take some fresh photos.

Just a smidge over 750 figures ...of which c150-200 were painted by others, and I’ve just rebased or partially repainted...back in the day when I was worried about having enough for a game.

Broken down as follows...

Stannis of House Baratheon
Lord Stannis
24 Foot
24 Sellsword foot “Company of Many Faces”
3 sellsword cavalry

House Targaryen
Greyworm
Tyrion
18 Unsullied
12 Dothraki

House Tully
24 Foot
6 Cavalry

Mercenary Company of Siege Engineers
2 Trebuchet
3 Catapults
20 crew

The Free Folk
Tormund
48 Foot
Giant
Mammoth

House Lannister
Jamie Lannister
120 Foot
9 Cavalry

House Lefford
Lord Lefford
48 Foot
3 Cavalry

House Sarsfield
12 Foot

House Prester
Lord Prester
48 Foot
6 Cavalry

House Karstark
Lord Rickard Karstark
Harald Karstark
48 Foot
12 Cavalry

House Bolton
Ramsey plus Hounds
Mtd General
60 Foot
9 Cavalry

House Stark
Jon Snow
48 Foot
3 dire wolves

House Mormont
Lady Mormont
24 Foot

House Hornwood
24 Foot

The Dead
The Night King
2 White Walkers
1 dragon (not in photo)
2 bears
1 giant
78 Foot

Daft thing is, I just look at the list and think of all the gaps in my collection  ;D

I’ve got a whole bunch of Bolton’s in the paint queue, as I want to game the Battle of the Bastards at some point, plus I need some Stark cavalry for the War of the Five Kings, and a force of Umbers for both campaigns.

Then of course, the Northern forces will look too big compared to the Lannister’s & their allies, so I’ll probably add another House to the forces of the Rock.

I’ve barely got anything from the Riverlands...would like some more Tully’s, plus of course some Frey’s (boo hiss), and of course I haven’t got any Knights of the Vale, or Houses from the Reach or Dorne.

Daenerys needs a big boost in numbers for both the Dothraki and Unsullied, otherwise she’ll be stuck in Essos, even with 3 Dragons, and no wonder Stannis is always so glum if all he can muster is a single unit of Baratheons.

There is also a small detachment of the Golden company in the rather lengthy paint queue.... and don’t get me started on the Army of the Dead...honestly...the Night King would be laughed out of town if he turned up with a tiny little force like that, although to be fair I haven’t got any Nightwatch yet....

So plenty to keep me busy, although to be fair I’ve got enough for a game in the meantime.

Nearly a thousand and still going!? :o Fantastic work! The combined Westerlands/Northern hosts must be pretty intimidating to all have on the same table!

That's definitely an inspiration for me to get back to the painting backlog!

no wonder Stannis is always so glum if all he can muster is a single unit of Baratheons.
And I mean, that's fairly accurate to the narrative! Even if sometimes his glumness is why he can't muster anyone!

Quote from: Notorious Party Animal, Stannis Baratheon
"For three thousand men, I suppose I can endure some pipes and porridge," the king said, though his tone begrudged even that.

I’ve managed to take some photos of the Northerners squaring up against the Westerlanders... not that easy to get them all in camera shot, but hopefully gives you the idea.
