Don't GZG have something in 15mm too ?
Can't remember for certain, but weren't the Kra'Vac predator-ish ?

Otherwise, how about some of the Protolenes from Critical Mass ?

Nice figures but completely non-predator style heads, so they'd have to be a different type of alien hunter.
