If the faces of these hobbits had one more level of highlighting, or shading in some color other than wood-brown, they would really pop.  I'm also not really sure about the wisdom of combining the colors blue and red.

The horsemen are really intriguing, and I wish I could get a closer look at them.  However, the white background is like looking at the sun, and I can't get past what looks like a bleeding of gold onto the green background of a shield.
