Hello all, catching up with some bits again. Just finished a Perry mounted men at arms unit, and I’ve taken a photo of about half the Burgundian mercenaries. The models look great as a group and are from the excellent Perry European Mercenaries set. So many options.

Looking great!

Silly question but how do you paint the Burgundian blue there?

I use this Vallejo triad. The imperial blue in particular is a great colour.

A few more added during lockdown. This project is now at circa 400 figs and after three years is at the halfway point. It's a marathon not a sprint!

Here's a few - sorry again if I'm doubling up what with the Twitter and Insta accounts,

-Beaufort retinue complete with mix of Perry metal characters and plastic billmen, and Foundry archers. They scale ok together as two units close to each other. Although won't be mixing billmen and archers side by side.

-Also a general retinue - Perry plastics again with a little bit of kit bashing. These will be used to act as lesser lords or to bump up numbers for existing units I have.

-And two Perry wagons and wagoneers.

Hello all - I've started a YouTube channel which will document my progress on this project as well as featuring other tutorials, interviews with interesting people etc.

Next I'm having a short foray into Saxons - then some more WOTR light cavalry as the road to Blore Heath continues.
