Catalan Company (15mm)
«

I have finally gotten around to taking a few pictures of my Catalan Company army for DBMM in 15mm.
I have not done pictures of the Turkish contingent as yet, but will in time, although there are enough of them (I added extra stuff) that they stand alone as a Seljuq Turk army in their own right.
The pictures can be found on my blog:
http://warofthewoods.blogspot.com/2019/01/catalan-company.html
Hope you enjoy.
I have also a question. I have some "Greek prisoner of war archers" to add to this force, can anyone give me any sort of guide to what colours to paint these. The best picture I have found is a blue/red combo denoting them as part of the byzantine army in the area, but my history fu is not the greatest.

Very nice looking army - so many Almogavars! (As it should be!)
Regarding the Greek archers, seems reasonable, but I'd mix in a lot more earthy colours to reflect the rags (and some levy archer types if you can find them).
