Those are stunning.
Well done.
My only observation,
I would research Roman mythology and perhaps use these to create your ‘beasts’
Whilst a very nice model, the bolt thrower mounted on the monster looks out of place? Almost Games Workshop style?
I think giant Wolves may have worked better? For example.
Also a war elephant of sorts may look cool. They were used in the arena and even came as far as Britain in the invasion.
Just enough historical bias, to go a bit crazy!
I would definitely buy into this collection, even in Resin!
It is marvellous.
Thank you.

Hi VonMoltke,
You should have a look into patreon, or maybe even kickstarter. It might be worth a look. People are easily able to print miniatures nowadays, so you could probably hit enough potential customer easily that way, and be paid a fair price for your work.

get some resin painted up and do a kickstarter. That should fund the mold cost for plastic. These would do really well on there. I'd back them! Resin too.

Perhaps give the Nubian the option of a Corinthian helmet?

That's a fantasy Zulu, not a Nubian unfortunately. I agree with the comments about the monster, doesn't look right for a fantasy version of a historical army. A fantasy version of a real world animal would fit much better, or just a cool ballista without the mount. Also the SJW in me is smarting a bit at the rather old fashioned depiction of women.
Even with those niggles though, I really like your work and overall take on the idea. I'd definitely be interested in buying some, especially the character pieces. They would fit very nicely into my Gloranthan collection.

New pilum pose.
The forearms of the legionaries are ball joint connections, so you can do different angles. Additional there are two shield and weapon arm basic angles, so that there are some additional possibilities. The standard weapon poses have also a ball joint connection system for the hands, so it allow turning also of the the hands.

Are these 28mm or 32mm and gaunt or chunky heroic sized? Nowhere is it mentioned about proportions...
Why a preference for grimacing faces? The expression screams painful bowel movement...
I think a quadruped would be better for porting a ballista than a knuckle walker.
I don't care about SJWs and I know it's fantasy, but do the women have to look like extras from Gladiator Eroticus?

I think the multi pose arms are a good idea.
The under arm pilum pose illustrated above is just not right, even in fantasy. The pilum was a one shot throwing spear, never used in thrusting mode! Erm, if you get what I mean
Looking forward to ordering these.
