Lovely painting  :-*

Have you had any issues with the few of them that have mould lines down the centre of faces?

Must say these are looking superb, I'm getting more sold on the idea of getting some every post.
Is the bloke with no helmet a head swap?

@Ash
Thank you, Sir! I’d certainly recommend them. They paint up beautifully  8)
And yes, head swap with a separate head from Empress’s Zulu War range also sculpted by Mr Hicks. Thankfully Victorian hairstyles are not dissimilar to the late ‘60s/ early 70s  ;)

Thank you! I’ll do a small tutorial at some stage. All Citadel paints: Nurgling Green, Death World Forest and Baneblade Brown.

Nice work.

A tutorial would be great (I have two and a VM in snotwomble undercoat, the rest awaiting basing).

Me too, in a couple of minis. Worst was a chap that had a *blob* of metal in the left eye socket. I didn't notice until the lad was primed and was starting with the face...  lol Well, nothing that couldn't be fixed with a scalpel!

Agreed with the painting. It is truly lovely!

Another Marine with head swap. Not sure about how historically accurate the moustache is but I didn’t have any other Hicks sculpt:

Your Marine with the 'tache is accurate, but could be in trouble.
The Regs at the time were, no hair over the lips and no longer than the edge of the mouth.
In 1975 I was stationed with the 1st Marine Div.
Had the Div. Commander mention to me that my mustache was to long. :o
 I had better do something about it.
I laugh about it now, was not so funny then. :-[
