Who makes a USA 4.2 Inch Mortar ?

Maybe I'm being thick but I cant seem to find one ! I'm looking for a winter american one specifically but could use Artizan crew if need be.

Maybe I am thick too... but I thin there is no one in this scale. Not even on shapeways!

Not surprising considering it is not something you should see on a 28mm table...
