Don't be hard on yourself.
My wife knows that I start every project with great enthusiasm, and also end it like that too...
the problem for me is the bit in-between. I am a real grouch if that bit isn't very short. 

By the way how have you done the pieced/lattice windows? They add to the Oriental look of the buildings.
