Well, there are plenty of figure manufacturers from the UK, Germany and the USA who regularly post on LAF, so you never know

Je peux te mettre en contact avec un "mouldmaker" en UK. Le problème c'est qu'il faut avoir assez pour remplir une moule pour que çà reste économique (en moyen +- 15 figurines 28mm sur une moule). Ou trouver quelqu'un d'autre qui a aussi des sculptures à mouler et partager une moule.

Lots! I only speak Dutch, English, and French fluently. Well, that and a local flemish dialect.
I have a rather passive knowledge of German and I have forgotten virtually all the Latin I once learned.

Try Oupost miniatures. Dropped them a mail. Severals years ago, i ask them to produce a 4 horses racing chariot for gladiator's game in 15mm.
They did it !
