March of Death - Christopher Summerville
« on: June 18, 2019, 02:49:20 PM »
Having just completed the first two days of a three week trip to Spain & Portugal in which we followed Sir John Moore's route on the retreat to Corunna over the Galician mountains, I thought it would be timely to include a review of March of Death that proved a useful companion on the journey.

Hibbert's Corunna seems to be the book reviewed.
And the glorious general led the advance
With a glorious swish of his sword and his lance
And a glorious clank of his tin-plated pants. - Dr. Seuss
