Ha, cheers yes eventually plan a very big game with these, no clear plans yet for which battle but I dlike the idea of the Second Sikh War. Soem very interesting battles. Although  i also fancy doing Badowhal (the battle that almost ahppened day before Aliwal)

Has Mike Snook put up the OOB's for the Sikh Wars on the Iron Duke site?

Very nice indeed Roger.  I do like the mailed officer.

I'm hoping to do Mudki next week if I can get the final bits of terrain ready-the bases should arrive by Saturday.  It's a really interesting battle if you follow Amarpal Singh's latest research.

Thanks very much, just about completed a bunch more and starting to think more strategically about actual units rather than jst getting lots of figures painted. Some more uniformed matchlock armed irregulars as a Rajas guard would be a nice addition will have to give it some thought.

Got quite a bit painted over the break, mainly Afghans and Sikh Cavalry now all on their way to the basing department. More details on the blog, I do like the Perry Plastic Afghans though:
