I'm looking to put in an order but am based in Canada. When is the jack in a box due? I'd rather put in an order for everything I need and pay the postage once.

The Jack in the box is currently being production molded so should hopefully be available in a week or so, I'm conscious Christmas is only 2 weeks away.
