We were at it again, Royalist Whites vs. Revolutionary Blues in the hedgerows of the Vendee. There was artillery, the clash of bayonets and pole-arms, friendly fire, unfriendly fire (lots of that), stirring moments and snafus. It was a sad day for tin widows and orphans. Details are here
