Suggestions for SHADO Security Force Figs?

I'm looking to create a security force unit, for SHADO (Supreme Headquarters Alien Defence Organization), and would like to know if there are any Heroclix or other figures suitable for use as is, or with some converting, to make them look the part?

Basically, I'm looking for male humans, in track-suit (running-suit) style outfits, that aren't overly buffed as if they've taken a triple dose of steroids for far too long, and spending 18 hours in the gym lifting weights.  I need your basic, average, reasonably fit guys in running suits.

Please see the attachment, which is a drawing file of a screen-shot I got from one of the shows.  Haven't been able to find any good photos of these guys on-line, so this is the next best thing.

The file is an odg document, from OpenOffice Draw.

I'm thinking they'd also be useful for SHADO Mobile crews, and for Moonbase Interceptor pilots too.

Those Ainsty and Artizan figs look like they might work, if I file off the thigh pockets. 

The Crooked Dice guys look pretty good too, though I'd want to get rid of the collars on them.

The suggested female, and the astronauts look good too, though the latter are perhaps a bit too 1999-ish (they could work in a pinch though, if desired).

Any Heroclix figure recommendations for these, since I imagine they are easier to convert, and are certainly less expensive?

I started a similar project long ago, and actually got quite far, before it petered out (as usual ).

However, I detailed the creation of my SHADO security forces in a detailed way here on the LAF:  SHADO.

Sadly, no pictures of the converted miniatures, but if I don't forget, I'll take some piccies tonight and post them here...

Those guys do look pretty close.

Here's a pic of the Moonbase Interceptor pilots which wear similar uniforms to the Mobile crews, only they are a lighter blue.  The SHADO Security guys wear navy blue uniforms with white boots and belts.

If you want to do Moonbase crew, the Fembot body (not the one in the nightie) can work with some of the female heads.
You will need to file off the cannons and paint the body suit.

Are the plastic tips one piece, or did you glue the sight onto shaped dowel pieces for the muzzle/silencer portions?

They've been hunkering for a lick of paint for years now; I should finally get them done...

I cut down the FAL/SLR barrel up to the foregrip. I then drilled a hole and inserted a piece of paperclip. Then I filed down a piece of plastic rod so it became tapered towards the end and superglued that onto the paperclip.

The next step was to cut a plasticard triangle (well actually not a true triangle, seeing as it has four corners. Let's call it a cut down triangle then eh? ), add a smaller diameter rod to the top, and glueing this on top of the wider plastic rod.

The triangle is supposed to be open; it's two posts holding up the sight on top. I tried that, but it proved too fiddly for my skills, so I opted for a bit of creative licence and made the post a solid piece.

I will probably paint it with a black triangle in the middle to simulate it being open though...
