I'm thinking about some British cavalry and an Afghan gun.

Are you planning to add any armour to the train and rolling stock?

Some great looking items for your game.
Ironically I went down the same route last year, using the train and the same station for my ww1 East Africa games in 28mm.
I was happy with the results. I’m sure you’ll feel the same when you get yours to the table.

Looks like you have changed the roof tiles on yours.
