Problem with Avatar

Hello,

is anyone else having problems in uploading a personal avatar from their computer hard drive?  I was able to do it with another image before, but cannot now.  I can't even upload the original image!

The image I'm trying to upload is 78x78 pixels and 2kb...

Strange regarding your problems with the avatar. Perhaps it is not a format that the forum avatar generator supports. Otherwise I haven't the faintest idea why.

As for Bezzo's question: I believe that the administrator and higher-tier moderators should be able to change your user name. Maybe not for this forum though, but in many forums that is how it works. And others still have the ability for people to change their own when they please.

Strange...I'm not able to upload the avatar for your user account, also not another one. I'll check it..

Am I able to change my user name? I feel recently I have made great strides towards becoming civilised. I now eat cooked food, wear clothes, and hardly ever despoil and pillage.

So I'd like to drop the "Barbarian" part of my name. Can it be done?

now I've linked the avatar from your website. It works, but still no idea with upload problem.

I'm not able to upload my own avatar either.  In fact, having tried to replace my old avatar with a new one, I can't even put my old one back in place.

And you are not alone - I ran into tha same issue, which is why I have some random pulp one now.
