Search problems

I am not sure how to reach an administrator so I am posting here.
For the longest time now the Search function has not been working here. I merely get an error message and am told to contact an administrator.
Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

This doesn't appear to be an easy fix as it has been reported for awhile now in the about forum.  I would use Christian's suggested google search.

Very interesting that everybody is having Search engine problems - I would hope this can be addressed as it certainly makes it less worthwhile to use the site.
