Converting longships to more ancient uses?

I've seen Melnibonean's nice example of the Argo:

What are some other prototype ships that could be converted from Viking longships, and without changing too much?

I ask since I would seem to have a few longship kits too many for their originally-intended period. Their clinker build and hull shape may be a bit too different from ancient vessels, but are there some other vessels that they could be converted into? Early Saxon longboats, perhaps? Earlier Germanic raiders? Mediterranean vessels with higher decks?

I think the Saxon/Germanic ones might be a good option.

Playmobil’s Roman and Egyptian ship might be easier to convert (and can be gotten relatively inexpensively).

Thanks! I'll look further. The Nydam Boat may be an example, although its lines are different and the planks at the prow do not curve sharply upwards.

Yes, I have one of the Roman Playmobil boats, and must look for an Egyptian one.

Perhaps, I should just sell off my excess longship kits and buy something that is more ancient-looking!

I don't know but I wonder if clinker built and reverse clinker built ships resemble each other?
