Has anyone played Infamy in 15mm? I have watched a couple of videos and it looks quite doable.

My troops are based on 80mm x 30/40mm.....tokens for casualty markers instead of troop removal?

Any thoughts?

Just whack a 5 or 7mm dice or two behind the unit or use a Warbases casualty marker, possibly going for their 30mm option(?):
