Eureka's Washington and a bunch of provincials for Braddock-style shenanigans with Sharp Practice from Fighting 15s; three of the Wargames Illustrated slicks plus a hog and assorted Peter Pig bits & bobs for AK-47 Banana Republic; a Rogue Trader era death ferret from Ebay.

Two toy Styracosaurii in a two-for-one at my local Yorkshire Trading Company. They're cute, with enough detail to prime them without having to strip them.

A regrettably small order from our very own Doc Twilight's Black Army Productions just netted me a Walking Ghost, Nikola Tesla and the extraordinarily voluptuous Mata Hari.

Doc, seriously mate, they are wonderful figs, very cleanly cast and a lot finer than they appear in the pictures - for some reason I was expecting Tesla to be a bit of a giant and was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't.

So, he's getting a pith helmet and will lead a VSF expedition to the Red Planet, Mata Hari will be taking the role of Goa'uld queen for Stargate adventures, and the Ghost can do what he likes (any man wearing purple spandex is obviously too tough to mess with).

Cheers Doc!  :)

Thank you for the kind words, mate! I can't wait to see them painted up all pretty like. I haven't had a chance to paint my Mata Hari yet, but she is quite a looker, ain't she?  I'm trying (rather poorly, at the moment) to convert Mr. Tesla for my own Austro-Hungarian Expeditionary Force with at least a simple uniform. I've got some basic bits added on, but I'm keen to see how yours looks when done.

Tesla does look huge in the photos; he looked even larger in the original green, so much so that I had to ask James to tone him down a bit (he just seemed to muscle-bound, even for one of my childhood heroes). I think he turned out nice and purty. And of course, the Ghost goes without saying. He's one of my favorites, and our best seller, currently.

Anyway, thank you -very- much for the kind words, and for your support.
-Doc

ScanFed and Islamic Federation introductory fleets for Full Thrust from GZG, especially the former look really nice. May have to get more when these are painted :)

Picked up an old GW Nort on eBay. It hasn't arrived yet but when it does it's going for a long bath in the paint stripper, followed by a slow and methodical paint job.
