fantasy / magic for test of honour

anyone shoe-horned a magic system, or fantasy elements generally into the samurai skirmish game 'test of honour'?

I have not but I understand that Mortal Gods is based off of the TOH system and they have (or will soon) release the Mythic expansion which includes a lot of monsters.  I would assume some rules for magic would also be added which could then work for TOH.
