SA Brown Shirt figure help
« on: 05 September 2020, 08:20:53 PM »
I recently got the Mean Street rules that are for gang fights set in many different time periods.
Gangs can have a few guns but mostly it is fists and hand weapons like bats, bricks ect.

I thought the rules would work well for 1930s gang fights in Germany between SA Brown Shirts
and Communists. Street fighting. Does anyone know of SA figures? Can be 15mm, 20mm and 28mm.

Second question, what figures should I use for Communists. I thought various partisan figures but they
all come with guns. No, I am good at removing the guns and adding hand weapons.

Excellent ideas. Thank you guys.
The Communists in 28mm are taken care of.
Now for SA in 28mm. Or go with the 20mm SA
and look for Communists.

Warlord Games has the BUF - not SA, but fellow travellers:

Castaway Arts has a single set of "1930s Germans" (meant to be porters for the Ark of the Covenant, but should be easy to convert, put a club in the open hand) https://www.castawayarts.com.au/index.php?cmd=store (look under 'accessories')
