Giles, the most important question is: Did you stay unbeaten?

The research and details of the battle reenactments are really engaging.  You set a very high standard.

The battle report for Northampton now up on the blog

https://shedwars.blogspot.com/2020/10/battle-of-northampton-28mm-part-2.html

An epic game full of excommunication, dreadful weather and a healthy dose of treachery. Lots of pictures on the blog

Onto Wakefield next :)

First class scenario construction and presentation, the game feeling much different than what has gone before, so a good management to get the history. The weather rules added an excellent twist and jacking this system up to work with so many figures has been really good to see.

Thank you Chaps for your very kind comments - you have to wait a week for the next one

Seriously impressive, Giles, both visually and the amount of effort you have put into the background and game effects to reflect the historical side whilst still allowing a sense of randomness and uncertainly.
Top drawer!

Cheers Paul - I do hope that this is of interest and that fatigue isn't setting in yet.

Great game, really interesting and intense fight! I like a lot the rules about weather, and the excommunication attempt.

Fatigue - so soon? lol

What have you got to go... Wakefield, second St.Albans, Towton (:o), Barnet, Tewkesbury (yay! I’m in for that one), Bosworth... Stoke Field?

Are you going to include some of the smaller battles like Hexham and Edgcote Moor?

Long way to go...  ;)
