Well our first post-lockdown desert battle with my British against my chums newly revamped Italians...

I took an utter pounding.

Managed to lose before getting a turn for starters when he pinned my entire recce force in his first turn and it didn't get any better when we decided to carry on. My first command roll was double 1... then mine strikes on Honeys, awful shooting and finally the Regio Aeronautica turning up and dropping a bomb right on an infantry section.

I managed to knock out one Italian truck and an entire infantry section!

Was great fun and brill to play, but I was utterly stomped on by the Italians losing all my BR while they didnt even loose a third of theirs!

Time to plan some new British units for Tobruk methinks...
