Cyberpunk Firefly!? Hummm Dark Star Games have a android Geisha. Eureka USA/AU has a human Geisha I think under Samaria stuff. Rebel Mini has in the Pulp section a Chinese boss kind of guy. Doctor Merkury over on DriveThru RPG has 15mm Cyberpunk buildings plus a whole lot more in STL files. Really cheap too.

Add a mix of Peter Pig Vietnam Civilians, plus he has heads for head swaps with Coolie hats, but than again he has lots of heads you can swap with!

I am sure there are other Companies that may produce Vietnam Civilians, However with everything being a mix you can mix other civilian cultures into the fray. There are a lot of figures one can use for folks that have been cyber jacked.

I bought some of these Essex Korean Monks, with spears, which could be converted to staves, pain sticks or something else.  Coolie hats might do the trick:
