i know you have found one but GW did one or two for necromunda and inquisitor
they were part of the Adeptus Arbites (imperial police) list.

Unfortunately the original Inquisitor range is 54mm so the pictured pooch wouldn't be right, and TBH I'd rather spend my cash on non-GW figures, but thanks anyway.

There was a 28mm cyber mastif in the specialist enforcers range for Necromunda.

You could of course pester Andy at Heresy as I recall he was working on one a while back, (posted on FOD).

It's a beauty isn't it? Don't think I'd get away with it just yet as the cyber-mastiff is a piece of equipment generated for a single character and I already have a mutant ogryn that could cause some game balance problems. The Rezolution model would have to be classed as a character in itself, perhaps acquired by the warband later on.

If you are referring to the ones from the Starship Troopers range, there were several. One from the Heroes of the Federation set, and the Pathfinder K-9 unit which had several species of dog with their augments.
