Question regarding Black Scorpion

So brain trust, I've an important question.

I'm considering buying some Black Scorpion miniatures but the last time I bought from them (4 odd years ago maybe?) their resin was gack, frail and brittle with the slightest knock causing weapons and arms to snap. Have they changed it at all or is it still terrible ?

Same result for me, whenever they switched to resin - ditched them and never looked back (had several crumble/break/etc).  What line of figures are you looking at?

Well, this is a real shame. I bought some metal ones about a decade back, they were great. Was considering getting some of their models for Dracula’s America as I really like the sculpts. The resin is no good though?

Mine were back when they started resin - that was...what 2013-2014?  I'd wait to see if other people chime in with recent products.  It was bad enough though that I never bothered risking my money again.

I can't say that I had that problem. Not too long ago I got the Earps, Doc Holiday and the skeleton cowboys.
All were fine. Although I will say I am not a big fan of resin. Give me plain old metal every time.

I got a pack of the Pirate characters a couple of years ago (3/4?) and they seem solid resin to me - I even rebased one from a plastic slottabase it had been superglued to for priming, trimmed the tab and pinned it's foot, without even a hint of it snapping.

They've been bouncing around my to prime pile for a wile without damage. Thing that's putting me off painting them was their size, tbh.
